Processing Times

At JiggyBert, every order is packed with care. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. During high-volume drops or restocks, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment fees will apply.
